Solutions
Made for businesses that sell, fix and buy in the same day.
Most small-business software handles one of those jobs well. Mojoo Office was built in a shop that does all three, so the workshop, the counter and the office share one set of records.
Repair centres
Computer, phone, console and electronics repairs.
The work most repair software leaves to paper is built in: what the device looked like when it came in, what was agreed about the customer's data, and a record of every update you sent.
- Booking form and service report on your letterhead, signed by the customer
- Progress updates by email, WhatsApp or text, logged against the repair
- Unfinished repairs flagged after 24 hours and again after 7 days
- Parts and labour carried straight onto the invoice; parts ordered on purchase orders
- Device history found by serial number across repairs and sales
Typical day
08:45 Website booking for a cracked screen arrives as a repair. 10:10 Customer drops off the device; condition and passcode recorded, booking form printed and signed. 14:30 Diagnosis sent to the customer by email. 16:05 Parts ordered on a purchase order. Two days later: invoice made from the repair, collection reminder if it is not picked up.
IT and electronics retail
A fast till backed by proper stock control.
Counter sales, trade buying and online listings work from the same product list, so a laptop sold on eBay at lunchtime is not sold again at the counter in the afternoon once the sale is entered.
- Barcode scanning, quick buttons and a picture menu at the till
- Supplier price list imports and invoices read from a PDF or photo
- Serial numbers recorded at the point of sale and on returns
- Gift cards, store credit and cover plans with their own numbers and balances
- Returned goods checked in a holding pen before they go back on sale
Controls at the counter
Refunds, discounts, prices below list and items sold at £0 can be set to need a manager, who approves with their own password. The approver's name is recorded on the sale and in the activity log.
Service businesses
Quotes, site visits and getting paid on time.
For IT support, installers and field engineers: quote the job, book the visit, invoice the hours and chase the payment with letters that follow UK rules.
- Quotes with optional extras, turned into an invoice when accepted
- Diary of visits with directions, and the visit invoiced at your hourly rate
- Invoices written on a phone at the customer's premises, approved back at the office
- Three-stage overdue letters with statutory interest for business customers
- Bank statement matching to mark invoices paid
Credit control without the awkward calls
Mojoo Office works out which letter each overdue customer is due: a payment reminder, a second reminder, then a letter before action, and prepares each one as a PDF to email or post.
