Every repair keeps a dated timeline. Status changes are logged automatically, and an update for the customer goes out by email from Mojoo Office, or opens ready-written in WhatsApp or your texting app.

Money
VAT figures and accountant files without retyping.
Sales, purchases and expenses flow into the nine VAT return boxes for any quarter. At year end, one download gives your accountant everything, in a format their software imports.

Governance
Know who did what, and when.
Every form sent, log-in, refused action and data download is written to an activity log that is chained so that any edited or removed entry shows up. The owner is alerted to the unusual: a log-in from a new address, out-of-hours downloads, a burst of deletions.
Access by role
Fourteen permission ticks, from the till only to the full books. A self-checkout login sees nothing else.
Books closed means closed
Lock a period once it is filed, and nothing dated in it can be changed, added or deleted.
Backups you can trust
Nightly encrypted backups, kept 30 days, and a daily test restore that compares every table against the live system.
